It looks as though the factory puts a fair amount of grease on hinge before shipping, and that has rubbed off working part gotten onto plastic package other parts. The picture makes it look dirty, but is just grease. It is new and unused, but the package has been opened.
I bought this to replace a hinge on my oven, but it was the wrong part for me. The factory plastic bag is also shown. This is Viking part number the locking pin included and in place, making it much easier to install.
I didn't figure out it was the wrong one until had already opened package. You are buying on one replacement hinge for a Viking oven.
Free shipping. As far I know, this hinge can be used on either side of your oven. There are no left right hinges.
